Zuari constantly seeks to improve and educate its employees, to ensure it serves the farming community better. The company's training programme consists of training, from both within and outside the company. Employees are assigned to training programmes based on their performance in their annual appraisals or as indicated by the concerned Departmental Head/Vice President.
In-house training programmes are organised for groups of employees and are conducted by faculty consisting of senior managers, guest faculty, etc. Employees are also nominated to participate in seminars, conferences, and training courses organised by professional bodies and management institutes of repute.
On completion of their training course, employees fill in a programme evaluation questionnaire to ascertain the value of the training course and determine the extent of future participation. The questionnaire is sent to the HR&A Division after a discussion with the immediate supervisor. The Human Resources & Administration Division maintains a training record of each employee nominated for training course within and outside the Company.
